Paul Mackinney is a staff programmer/analyst for the Berkeley Expert Systems
Technology (BEST) Laboratory. He received a B.A. in Mathematics from the
University of California at Santa Cruz (1984).
Professionally he
has worked as a Software Quality Assurance Manager and as an IT specialist.
Paul lives in Albany, CA with his father, John, and his daughter, Hannah. His partner, Tatyana Ryevzina, is a co-founder of the Sarana Community Acupuncture clinic.
